Meetings  

The Board of Managers meets quarterly (or more often as needed), and the Association holds an annual summer meeting for all SFCRLOA members.   All landowners are welcome and encouraged to attend all Board of Managers meetings, as well as the annual membership meeting.  

Annual Association Dues

Annual association dues are assessed each spring, with notice of dues mailed to each landowner. Currently, annual dues are $200 for any lot accessed from the county road, and $300 per lot accessed from an association road.  The largest portion of dues is used for road maintenance and improvement, with other monies used for administrative and insurance costs.
